Existential Therapy

Providing virtual services throughout New York State and in-person forest therapy in the Putnam, Dutchess, and Upper Westchester areas

Existential & Pain-Informed Therapy supports clients who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, chronic stress, or persistent physical symptoms. Therapy explores how fear, threat, and meaning shape the nervous system and influence both emotional and physical experience. When appropriate, the work includes helping the brain and body relearn safety, which can reduce the intensity of pain and other stress-based symptoms.

Alongside symptom relief, this approach makes space for deeper questions about identity, purpose, loss, and choice. Rather than offering quick fixes, therapy supports clients in developing a more grounded and honest relationship with their inner experience—often leading to greater clarity, resilience, and a sense of agency.
